Averages — example
ExampleThis example shows the week’s daily averages — calories, protein, fat, carbs — each with its low-to-high range, because an average alone hides how much days differ. One day ran high, another light. In the app it’s your own numbers, shown with their spread, never as a single tidy figure.
≈ one week (7 logged days) of the example diary
| Per day | Average | Range (low – high) |
|---|---|---|
| Calories | 1736 kcal | 1379 kcal – 2352 kcal |
| Protein | 106 g | 56 g – 158 g |
| Fat | 65 g | 45 g – 99 g |
| Carbs | 187 g | 138 g – 258 g |
| Meals | 4 | 3 – 4 |
The range is the honest part: the same average can come from steady days or from a big day and a light one. Read both.
This is a fixed example, not a real person — the same invented week feeds every example report. Your own diary reports are private and built only from what you log.
